Aztalan has CNC machinery to manufacture stainless steel tools. We have machines that offer CNC Vertical Turning and CNC Horizontal Turning. Vertical Turning is mainly used for heavier workpieces and Horizontal Turning is used for turning and boring machining materials.

Aztalan assembles machining parts from prototype to finish. We are able to manufacture different sized machining components and utilize CMM Quality Control services for precise measurement. Our ultra-sonic cleaning services allow us to deep clean machine components and remove stubborn powder residue.
